You can't return/exchange iteams from this company/ Don't waste your money?

I've been trying to return this product for about three weeks, and your customer service and returns process has been terrible.

Your sizing is also inaccurate. I ordered a size small, but what I received fits more like a medium (UK 10), or you've sent me the wrong item altogether.

I would not recommend your company to anyone. It's disappointing that you operate online but haven't put an efficient returns process in place. As it stands, it feels like you're either unwilling or deliberately making it difficult for customers to return products.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer channels and share my experience wherever I can.
