The trousers are great - really comfortable and can be dressed up or dressed down. I plan on wearing these for work.

I would say the customer service/shipping was disappointing. It was at no point made clear how long shipping would take or where it was coming from. A week after I ordered there was no update at all and I had to contact support. The message I got was less than helpful. I was then eventually told it was being shipped from another country which at least explained it, but that should be made much clearer to inform those buying. Especially as I was buying ahead of a work trip.

Overall, the trousers were what I was looking for - messaging and updates around shipping could be vastly improved.

These are fantastic. I cycle as my primary means of transport and bought these after ripping yet another pair of trousers while riding. I don't have time to be constantly changing into and out of cycling gear so wanted a pair of bottoms that would work with my lifestyle while also looking nice in addition to being functional. I love how plain and neat these look, very simple and even chic when worn with a jumper or top, depending on how you style. I love the olive pair, but also the navy too.
