Really dissapointed with this purchase

Really dissapointed with this purchase, I've bought a lot of gym wear from crz yoga and it's generally been well made and the fit is usually good, I've learned I need to size down from what is recommended on the website as they do run big, however, I ordered my usual size of this longline sports bra and it was significantly smaller than my other longline bras and also wasn't longline like my others.I contacted customer services and sent images and they firstly offered me a 30% refund, I declined and they kindly offered to send another item for the same value, I picked a different longline bra, it arrived promptly however this bra despite being the same order size was absolutely enormous. I contact them again, asking to return it for an exchange and was told I could not do that. They refused and I am now out of pocket with two sports bras that are completely unwearable. This is really dissapointing as in the past the products have had good quality control andgood customer service yet I feel this is no longer the case.
