Outrageously obstructive returns process — never again

I ordered several tops in different sizes, expecting to return those that didn’t fit. What should have been a straightforward return became an utterly ridiculous ordeal involving five or six back-and-forth emails just to obtain the return instructions. There was also a return/admin charge.

The entire process felt deliberately designed to make returning an item as difficult as possible. It was so obstructive that I eventually donated the unwanted tops to charity rather than waste any more time dealing with CRZ Yoga.

I buy a great deal of activewear from numerous companies and have never experienced such an unnecessarily complicated returns process. I will never purchase from CRZ Yoga again, either directly or through Amazon, and I certainly won’t recommend the brand to anyone across the ten studios I attend. They have completely lost my custom.
